1 Cup brown sugar**1/4 Cup Light Karo Corn Syrup
1 Stick Parkay***1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages microwave popcorn 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Make 2 pkgs microwave popcorn. Put popped corn in brown paper bag.
Combine brown sugar, Parkay, corn syrup, and salt in a 3 qt dish. Cook in
microwave
on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix well. Pour carmel
mixture over
popcorn in bag. Close bag and cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes - Shake Well and
cook
on high 1 1/2 minutes again. Do this again if necessary. Put on large cookie
sheet to
cool.
